1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop PLC Team Design (plc-team-design.myshopify.com).

2. Scope of Services and Role of the Provider

PLC Team Design is solely responsible for the creation of graphic designs (motifs, layouts, brand identity). PLC Team Design is not a manufacturer of physical products.

The production, printing, and shipping of the physical products are handled by the following production and fulfillment partners:

The purchase contract for orders placed through the Shopify shop is concluded between the customer and PLC Team Design; production and delivery are carried out by Yoycol as a fulfillment partner.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The offer in the online shop represents a non-binding invitation to order. By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer. Acceptance occurs through an order confirmation by e-mail or by shipping the goods.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are final prices in Euro (€). In accordance with § 19 UStG (Small Business Regulation), no sales tax is levied or shown.

Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the production partner:

• Yoycol (Shopify Shop): Production approx. 3–7 working days + shipping time (international, from China)
• Spreadshirt: according to the GTC of sprd.net AG

PLC Team Design is not liable for delays caused by the production partner or the shipping service provider.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating any reasons.

Exception: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g., personalized products with individual prints), in accordance with § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB.

7. Warranty and Liability

The statutory warranty rights apply. PLC Team Design is not liable for production errors caused by the production partner (Yoycol / Spreadshirt), unless these are due to fault on the part of PLC Team Design.

All designs and graphic content are protected by copyright (§ 2 UrhG). Reproduction, editing, or distribution without the written consent of PLC Team Design is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution:
