Right of Withdrawal

For non-personalized products, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email):

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs (Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB). This applies to all personalized products in our shop (e.g., with your own text or image). Withdrawal is excluded for these products as soon as production has started.

Consequences of Withdrawal (for non-personalized products only)

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments to you immediately and at the latest within 14 days. Returns should be sent to our respective production partner:

  • Spreadshirt (sprd.net AG, Leipzig, Germany) – Return address upon request via info@spreadshirt.de
  • Yoycol (Hangzhou Yoycool Tech Co., Ltd., China) – Return address upon request via support@yoycol.com

Please contact us at plctede@gmail.com before any return. We will coordinate the return with the respective partner. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Note on Defects

No right of withdrawal is possible for personalized products. However, if there are defects, the statutory warranty rights apply (see our General Terms and Conditions).
